Amy's LEGO Church

I was amazed when I found Amy's site and saw her creation. First she wanted to make a large house but then she changed her mind. I think she did it well : )

From reading the above entry, we thought you might also be interested in knowing about our project, Building Asia Brick By Brick. A collaboration between ArtAsiaPacific magazine and People's Architecture Foundation, Building Asia Brick By Brickis a two year-long landmark cultural and educational experience featuring original architectural models made by leading architects from Asia and the Pacific using custom kits of white LEGO ® bricks. They are made with the intent that the models should be exhibited and auctioned to raise awareness about architectural preservation in Asia. The project is currently touring China this year before culminating in New York in 2008.

Building Asia Brick By Brick has just wrapped its presentation in Guangzhou and is now opening in Shanghai as part of the Get It Louder! festival. Please check out our regularly updated website (www.aapmag.com/brickbybrick/) for more information and on-site pictures of the exhibition and our educational workshops teaching children how to create with LEGO. We have images of pretty amazing LEGO architecture models! And if you want to see the high res versions of them, we can always send them to you too. Please contact us at brickbybrick@peoplesarchitecture.org.
